Lost or Delayed Packages

Delivered But Not Received

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with:

Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, THATSTORE cannot guarantee a refund or replacement. However, you can contact us and we will do our best to help you investigate the issue.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to accept the package, or failure to collect it from the carrier, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

We do not refund orders that are returned due to customer error or failure to receive the package.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may be shipped in separate packages, especially if you order multiple items.

If you receive one item first, the rest of your order may still be on the way.

Order Changes and Cancellations
